Booking Terms and Conditions
Please ensure that you have read the following booking terms and conditions carefully prior your booking. By making a booking means you understand and agree with the terms and conditions below:
When booking with us, you are entitled to provide all requested details from our teams. Details vary by services; this includes but are not limited to:
Full name as per passport;
Date of birth;
Any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements.
Failure to provide requested details may result in cancellation of your booking immediately.
Confirmation of Bookings and Prices
Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when Wavecrest Tours issues a confirmation letter through email or message after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please ensure you check your email or message to confirm your confirmation booking details carefully and call our team immediately if there is any incorrect or incomplete information.
Under exceptional circumstances, Wavecrest Tours will make certain changes to a booking after a booking has been confirmed with a deposit. Changes may include but are not limited to trip rescheduled, cancellation and changes in prices.
Trip Rescheduled or Cancellation
Any trip rescheduled or cancellation may occur due to but are not limited to :
Unpredictable bad weather that cause inability to proceed trip;
Small group tour that has less than 4 participants.
Changes in Prices
Any confirmed price is subject to change if but are not limited to:
Failure to pay deposits and full payment on time;
There is a change in or imposition of a government charge, tax or levy which entitles or necessitates Wavecrest Tours changing the price of your booking;
Any changes on tour packages, meals upgrade or special request, hotel room stay, room type or the number of persons staying under your booking.
Deposits and Payment
You will be required to pay a deposit of 20% of the quoted tour to hold tour date when booking our tour except for Day Tour. You are required to pay full quoted amount for Day Tour, no deposit is required unless required by our team.
For other tours services such as but are not limited to exclusive tour booking, private tour booking, personalised tour booking, cooperate incentive tour booking, school or students tour booking, sport tour and pre-wedding experiences tour booking, booking will not be confirmed by Wavecrest Tours until a deposit of 20% of the quoted tour payment has been paid and received by Wavecrest Tours. Final full payment shall be paid at least one week (7 days) prior to departure. If your booking is made within 7 days of the date of commencement of the tour, you are required to pay full quoted amount. Wavecrest Tours team will advise the total payment through e-mail or messages. All deposits are non-refundable under the circumstance of changes of mind or cancellations by you.
All prices are based on payment by cash or direct deposit or internet transfer only.
If you would prefer cash payment, you can visit our office at 1/66 Mill Point Road, South Perth, 6151, Western Australia.
If you would prefer to direct deposit or internet transfer payments into our account please contact our team for the bank details through email request.
Tours do not include meals or drinks unless otherwise stated or pre-ordered during booking, however stops will be made during the day where refreshments can be purchased on the day, please advise the tour guide in advance.
No luggage storage facilities are available for day tour, and a maximum of 25kgs per person for multi-days tour, unless otherwise indicated on the Tour Page.
Please be aware that Adult rate is subjected to traveler who is above 12 years old, Children rate is subjected to children who are below 12 years old. Child who is below 18 years old is not allowed to book the tour without an adult companion. Infants (under 3 years of age) are permitted. Please ensure you inform your infant with our team before booking.
Pick-up and Drop-off Service
It is your responsibility to be at your selected pickup location at least 15 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. Wavecrest Tours cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.
We highly recommend all passengers have travel insurance coverage.
You are allowed to cancel your booking at any time provided that the cancellation notice is communicated to Wavecrest Tours team in writing form. The cancellation will only take effect when we have received your notice in writing to us and will be effective from the date when you received confirmation of cancellation letter by us.
If the cancellation has been confirmed by both parties, cancellation fees will apply according to the following cases:
Cancellation Fees for Day Tour
Cancellation Fees for Exclusive Tour, Private Tour, Personalised Tour, Corporate Incentive Tour, School or Students Tour, Sport Tour and Pre-wedding Experiences Tour
If a tour or other travel service is cancelled by Wavecrest Tours, we will first endeavor to reschedule your tours with free of charge. If this is not possible we will refund you the amount you paid for the tour or other travel service.
